The space was ample and it had floor heating. The location IS close to everything, a definite plus. I would consider staying again due to the convenient location and the room's layout.
The shower temperature fluctuated. You could hear footsteps from other people in the building. It was somewhat expensive considering these minor inconveniences.

clean roompeaceful atmosphereunstable temperature
the room was spacious and comfortable. i found it very clean, with tasteful decorations and a peaceful atmosphere. i appreciated the provision of a kettle and teabags.
i noticed the shower temperature could be inconsistent. it would be good to have it more stable.

the room was a good size and well-appointed with good heating in the floor. it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay and looked very good looking. not being able to open the windows was a slight drawback.

check-in was easy and i was happy that help was easily reached through text. danny was able to sort out parking for me, he sent all the necessary details including self-entry information. this was sent well before check-in and it was easy to follow.

the location was great, close to shops, the city centre and the beach. i found many coffee shops and restaurants nearby, this made it very easy to find places to eat. permits were available for purchase.

decent stay, but some issues
thin wallsinconsistent temperature
The walls felt thin. I could hear every little noise from other rooms, it was quite distractive. also, the shower's temperature was soo inconsistent. it fluctuated between hot and cold, it was a little annoying. parking was a HUGE hassle. I spent ages looking for a spot.

the room was clean. i found the location convenient to the city center, train station, and seafront (everything was within walking distance). the host provided easy keypad access, i did not worry about keys.
